The Sun Pigments are manufactured through Mei-Cha. Top quality and very dependable. The pigment is suspended in distilled water, glycerin and alcohol. Works wonderfully with machines, not sticky like many strong glycerin pigments. We've found that the colors are truer and last longer than others we've tried. That's why we have them here. |
